Sitting here in Alice,Tx. Got lded. in fairly good time. Checked my air gauges and thought I was good. Got to level ground and heavy on the trl. So now here I sit waiting for them to ld. the other trks. and then lift mine and stretch 3 more feet.
SHC, some of you fine heavy haulers and their big apartments on wheels are here and 2 of them has really pissed off the ld.out crew.
So when I walked up and told them I missed cued I was really afraid to tell them.

Why would a driver piss off the loading crew. Seems counter productive to me.

I do not know. When I realized I had an issue the crane and bed truck had moved to the back.
I walked over to the trk. pusher and told him I goofed and if I have to wait until tomorrow that is fine. I made a mistake.
Thing I thought weird was he said I wondered why you blocked it up and not stretched all the way out.

He should have mentioned it. Sometime the loading crew knows where that load needs to be more then the truck driver. They load the same stuff everyday.

Yep, Told them never had hauled this piece before. I had to ask them where my pice was and they showed me. I then asked if it was ok to pull in front and get setup. They said yep. No problem, So I get all my stuff out and then had it ready for them. Just miscued on the lding. part.

Nice and hot today with a nice breeze moving all the dust here in the lot..
