I went thru Charlotte, and it was easy, just trying to head back home, doing the zig zag effect

 

I called today and Stacy in GB told me that I needed 6 months OTR...!!!!????!!!??? What? 11 years experience. Been everywhere and hauled almost everything and I need to go to OTR for six months? Something ain't right. The last 2 years I've been on dedicated and home every weekend. What does she think I've done before that? I was OTR. Is this the norm or is Stacy from GB trying to deter me?

I see you are from CA, but went to orientation in Charlotte instead of Green Bay. Is your DBL in Charlotte?

 

Yes I went to Orientation in Charlotte, cause the truck I wanted was there. Although my ICA is in Green Bay, WIS. I'm curious with the opening of an OC in Arizona, maybe I'll be based there, who knows.....

 

I ran out of hours last night, and got stuck on US 29 North, should have stayed near Unique in Blairs, VA, was hoping to find a truck stop to scan my paperwork, but that didnt happen, I'm 10 miles short of I-64

 

All IC's are based out of Green Bay or Charlotte.

 

Ah, I see. Yeah, from what I knew the ICA that handled the West is in Green Bay so I was wondering if you somehow got one from Charlotte. It would be nice for those in the West to be based in Arizona or California. I think they would need to since they opened Choice up for those in the west.

 

i agree we are out of Phoenix Az so that would be so much better for us too.
