FB page has a graphic announcing a 1 cent per mile raise in "OTR pay" for company drivers
dont know what that means for regional.
It does say that it does not apply to training, percentage of revenue, or flat pay rates.
obvious we all know about training. I know some guys who make a flat weekly pay like $1k a week for running regional loads out of schenectady and dead heading back as many as they can do a week
. However, I was unaware of any company drivers paid on percentage of revenue. Though that was strictly a lease thing.

Very interesting...and very good news for Prime OTR company drivers.
-
I wasn't aware of any company types on percentage either. It does say that the revenue average that our 72% is based on is up 4-cpm. You couldn't convince me of that based on my July results. But then again, July always sucks.
-
That is good news, figured July would be better because of schools getting started soon.
-
I made .34 a mile when I started there as a company driver and percentage wasn't an option. Melton did the same thing though giving all drivers a pay raise but to me I see a trend where they only do it when DOT regulations change that hurts drivers miles. But they make it up to keep from loosing out by lowering your miles just a tad more.
-
What's your reason for the .02 raise thry gave us last year at this time?
you do see alot. How many companies has it been since you left? -
What is the starting pay right now before the raise?
-
It was 34-CPM before the first raise in 2010. Skunk doesn't know what he's talking about.
-
Do if I got this right. I will get .36 a mile then a .05 bonus for lightweight right?
-
37 plus 5 CPM.
