The "we" refers to myself and the rest of the hiring team comprised of fleet managers/supervisors, logistics managers and safety / compliance manager. The "our" is just an encompassing word, not trying to come across as if we "own" them...quite the contrary...if you would prefer me to say "the" I can.

Ok yeah it rings a bell. A lot with the oilfields if I remember.

Nalco has 2 main businesses: Water Process Services & Energy Services. Both have their own fleets and I recruit with the Water Process & Services side. I really cannot comment about the Energy Services side, as they are set up different, but I think we both have the same minimum qualifications for our Customer Delivery Specialists (drivers).
Overall, I think there are many benefits being a driver for Nalco, but then again, I'm biased! -
Slow down. The more "we" know is a term to encompass the service we can provide. Most drivers have been lied to abused, treated like lower life forms by lesser company's and a pure indigenous question to a Good company they balk at. I question everything. I consult here, that's my honor. I could direct other drivers to a good company, I need to understand their rules first.

With regard to the "rules," I'm not sure I understand your question. I can say that there is low turnover within our fleet (on the water side) and even Nalco as a whole. I would say the average person working at Nalco has been there 15+ years...quite amazing. I am a newborn being there for only 2 years. -
