So far so good....took my pee test and waiting for the results to get back to the safety man....The guy in charge of new hires is down to earth and real. He had a few new/used trucks in the yard (They just received 10 of them) and told me to pick one...so come next week I will be back there loading my personals into the truck and meeting up with my with the driver I'm suppose to shadow for awhile.........I've been told 200-500 per day to the driver so I guess we'll see....Idea is to be out for 3-4 weeks then home for a few days then wash, rinse, repeat.

Anyone with words of wisdom are welcome and requested to offer guidance. I rather learn from people that have been thru it and want to help a newbie in the PA fields

I'm trying to land a sand job. Can you tell me how much experience you have? I have less than 12 months exp. I'm pretty sure that is why I can't land the gig.

I have about 8 years running diff. equipment...Sand Cans is a life of hurry up and wait and running ALOT of back-roads and gravel steep hills to get on the pad.....I ran baby bottles ( tri axle water trucks) and decided that sand cans were for me

    DBOI Thanks this.
