Go back and stick it out. It's really not that bad if you give it a chance. They will not let you out of your contract unless you pay...that is why it's called a contract and you agreed to it. No reason to get all dejected just because that one little thing didn't work out.
Stuck in a contract with a company I hate!

If it was only that 1 little thing I would have stuck it out
mje Thanks this. -
Three months exp is the same as someone with no exp.You want to remain in this industry then you'll need to start with another starter company and go thru training once again. Also think before signing anything, reading and asking questions might be a good idea as well. Also you are still under CRST'S contract are you not?If so you'll need to tell all the companies that because believe me they will find out when they call crst. That right there may put a damper on getting hired.
mje Thanks this. -
lol, like the beyonce song or whatever....shut up and drive. put some effort into that and you will start getting some fun trips. thats my opinion. Not trying to be a jerk but put all the other stuff behind you, put the song on the radio and do it and see what happens.

I have been driving a straight truck over the road but that wont count towards my TT experiance. Another comp just called me and I didnt mention the old contract they sound like they will take me on but have to do a 2 week training period 1st not bad at all

Straight trk is not a semi so ya that does not matter.Like guys driving semis in the service, guess that doesn't count as exp either.Don't be surprised if that company doesn't hire you unless they don't call the places you have worked. But good luck.mje Thanks this.

Not every company takes a microscope to look the drivers record over, They may tell the company he was with that they want him and need him and they don't care what has happened between him and them, I know this sounds odd but it has happened. I wish him luck, I wish more of these guys would look over these crazy companies that treat you like crap and just say no, You know like the old DRUGS Commercial "Just Say No"!mje Thanks this.

Msviolet, so what you are saying is that you are currently in good standing with CRST. You are currently at home awaiting CRST to find you a codriver to go out on the road with.
You don't really want to do this, but you are contractually obligated to them for 8 months with two months "credit" received. The time spent "employed" is only accruing as you being assigned to a truck?
Does this sum up the situation accurately?mje Thanks this. -
im curious too, is the contract made on time alone, or time and miles, or just miles? man a few months will go really quick.
mje Thanks this.
