I agree with you. Keep following this, as I believe that you will see attorneys jumping all over this one once they get wind of it. The government CANNOT subject individual citizens to invasive medical procedures without their consent. Breath analysis, yes. Blood testing, no.
I don't drive with a BAC over 0.0, and you can bet your bottom dollar that I'll have an attorney present as a witness if ANY law enforcement agency tries to draw blood from me as a result of a roadside sobriety checkpoint. There will be some 'splainin to do at the Federal level.
