Then my best choice as of right now, would be to call my agent. Ask her about the 2 companies, and which of the two would be best for me needs.

From what all I read and the people I have spoken too on this site and on other trucking websites is to just stick it out and get your 1 year in and move away from the starter company and the doors will open up with that 1 year OTR experience.

Then, wether it is PAM, WERNER, SCHNEIDER, or PRIME, as long as i do my full year, thats what really matters. I know that. But, I looked into PRIME, they offer a $3500 note, Im guessing that means loan to your school?, and while out during training phase, you earn 12c/mile. Is that bad? I know being a rookie will not gain me great mileage. But, I'm just worried about finances. As is everyone.

Yes most starter companies are just that, they are starter companies, most get there 1 year in and leave for better pastures. I almost went with Schneider myself, but the starting pay for students was really low, I may look back at them after I get my 1 year in with FedEx. Schneider only hires students that have graduated a CDL school or is experienced. I was told to stay away from PAM, Werner, Swift, CR England, and CRST.

Then, out of that list lol, I'm left with going to this school, and driving for USA. Not really much of a list then is it?

If that was your last resort I would definitely say USA over PAM. We had around 35 students in our class, over half were PAM students, 3 were USA, well after the 1st week, we lost over half of the PAM students due to background, lying on application etc etc. The 3 USA students from our class graduated from the school. Every week a new class started with 30-40 students and each class was maybe half PAM students.

You know, when I went online just now, to USA Trucks site, to apply for their CDL Training program, it said I already had an application on file. Huh, must have done lots of these lol

They all probably smoke due to be over-worked, they do not have enough trainers or trucks to support 30-40 students a week. I had an excellent road instructor, I did get a 100% on my driving test.

I'm sure it has to do with drivers solutions as they are the middle man for PAM and USA. But I would just do a lot of research before you sign on the dotted line.
