Schneider Chat Room version 2.0

Went back to the shipper today. Showed at 1330 for my 1700 appointment. Guy asks my number, repeats my number, has me repeat my number, then makes a sad face. Rescheduled AGAIN for 1700 tomorrow. Call dispatch, get told Im off the load and to deadhead 100 miles to my next assignment. Get here and believe it or not, THEYERE CLOSED TOO! Like its some sorta holiday or something. Check all the trailers, nothing. Look through there box for my bills, nuthin. Well heck with it. Stick a fork in this crap day. Ill just get it when they open at 0600. Still have time to make my drop and my next preasssignment appointments. A whopping 200 miles since yesterday morning. Shouldve went home this weekend.

Well, I'm back with SNI. Will probably hit the road on Monday. Looking forward to it. I gotta go retake my physical tomorrow because I didn't mention an injury that occurred in 2011 and the doctor needs to clear me. Which doesn't really make sense since a the same concentra cleared me to return back to work for schneider back then.

 

There all about the same. Its who crap do you want to deal with most.

Well, I'm on my way out. I'm tired of going 60, unrealistic bonus programs, not getting a raise after doing all that I can possibly do. I think Schneider is a great training company, but not one that is great for longevity. They cater more to the students coming in. Yeah you get better equipment over time if you stay, but the "better equipment" has a lot of bugs that still need to be worked out. I've been broken down more in this 2013 Cascadia than the 2006 Century.

 

Believe it or not there a allot of veterans at SNI. New truck bugs goes with the territory just not SNI. Bonus screw it, its not designed for drivers unless your nose is brown. For me the 2% out of route is the biggest joke.
