I learned thruout my carreer not to travel clear on the other side of the map for a driving job.The pay isn't worth it.Especially for a company that has a huge turnover rate.Most end up losing money not getting ahead.But that's the true reality in trucking,more so with bottom feeders.

 

I like CRuSTy ol' drivers or Certified Retards Simulating Truckers.

I just went thru my 3 weeks training here @ CRST in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and everything is/was as expected.

No complaints othere than the 3 people to a room with no TV or bathroom....other than that, no problems.

Study your ### off on the pre-trip especially the in cab and combinations...if you get that down, you're home free.

 

That would suck sharing a room with 2 others.No bathroom?Where do you go at the terminal ?I d be lost without a tv during the off time.I spose while not in school they want you to study.

 

It has nothing to do with them wanting you to study. If you're not here, don't assume anything.

We don't even has classes here in this building. We do our classwork and driving range at school called Kirkwood.

Funny how people that never been here just assume things.

 

ok mr attitude.But im going to tell you right now,86 the attitude otherwise someone will 86 it for you.I was just asking questions wasn't assuming anything.Besides I have now 10 yrs under my belt,it doesn't take any assuming to know what happens in school whether a company sponsored school or other.
