Alright. How about 5100 in 7.5 days. And the dispatcher wanted to know why I couldn't do it in 6.5 days.
Or , how about 4700 in 7 days. Had to do a 2 hour restart to get home. I took a long lunch.
I don't work there anymore. Those folks didn't seem to care about hos rules. Had to remind them.

agreed, most of these guy's never worked for them selves, no business experience and then they blame someone else for their lack of how to manage their business, I think JCT got a great program for what I read

Finally, after the THIRD reworking of my load, I was able to escape at about 11 pm. This load scaled out at 79,000 with half a tank. I drove until 3 am and shut down for an 8 hour sleeper berth break. Now I'm in Wyoming finishing up the other two hours. I'd like to go the 411 remaining miles to Wendover tonight then slip into California tomorrow. I'll probably have to deliver while utilizing the split sleeper berth option due to the way this trip falls.

I hit the first bad weather of the season near Rawlins today. 35+ mph crosswinds with intense gusts and heavy rain. At one point, I was on level ground doing 58 mph showing 3.0 mpg! I was planning on stopping at the Loves in Wamsutter, but figured that stopping at the J and waiting out the weather for two hours made more sense.

Time to hit the showers and grab a bite. I made some headway yesterday on a new project that I've been wanting to do for this thread. I'll probably be able to post it Tuesday. Stay tuned!

How often does a re-work happen? I hope not very often, This is the first I have read of one! I guess you win some and then not so much! On the MPG I'm waiting on the "New Project" Should I have a bowl of Pop Corn Ready to go when it is posted or what?

I'm still seriously thinking about coming over there just to be able to take advantage of these things that you have posted here throughout the thread! I Look forward to these posts from you and your fellow Drivers.

I wonder How TysonDriver1 is doing in Orientation? I hope he is doing well and able to pop in here and give us a heads up!

    Thanks Again Stay safe,

That was only my second rework in almost two years. The first one took just 20 minutes when some produce shipper overloaded me and had to pull two pallets off the back.
