Running with JCT

I just discovered this little trick last week. Was running recap, which we almost never do, and did a lot of 8/2 splits. Now if I hit traffic somewhere, I think I'm going to pull over for a 2 hour nap so I don't have to waste time in traffic, and knock out the 30 minute waste of my 14.

 

Sharpp, Or anyone? What is JCT's Rider policy? Like if I want to take a kid along? Thanks.

a rider permit must be on file. Adult friends and family members are allowed. School age children only during normal school break times. And not sure what the minimum age is.

 

I appreciate that, I wasn't planning on re-locating a Lot Lizard! My son and my retired Uncle is all that will be in the truck with me, My wife may go on a round to Cali.... We will see, We would have to get a sitter!(Family member for sure) I'm serious thinking about JCT! Thanks All of you!
