Just remember you are in the real world, Here we will not take that stuff lightly, Today you may have a job but drop a positive pee test for Mary Jane and guess what? No more Job tomorrow or EVER! Put your big boy undies on and get out here and wise up to these stupid charges that are as many have said very much frowned upon! I wish you luck and suggest you stay away from the M! We all have things we need to stay away from, to keep us out of trouble! That one is yours! Own it and get moving! Keep knocking doors, and calling folks! Make it a job to find a job! Take Care!

It has nothing to do with the company. The simple fact is you're uninsureable. There are currently five insurance companies writing policies for all US trucking companies. 5 years has to pass before you are insureable. Keep in mind insurance companies could change it to 7 years if they so choose.

Carolina Cargo out of Rock Hill, SC pay is bad 10 cents a mile but lots of miles teams only though. but they are the only ones I know that may give you a chance. if they don't hire you no one will.

It's a start. That .10 cents per mile is for all miles the truck runs, whether you're driving or sleeping. They run back to back West Coast/East Coast as hard as you can run.

Folks , people gotta learn that taking drugs , or having them in their possession IS breaking the law....knowingly braking the law. I guess the trucking industry should just keep lowering the standards for employment. Drug convictions/DUI's should be a non-starter for trucking...but to the OP.................. Carolina Cargo in Rock Hill S. C. would more than likely hire you so that's a place to start.

    randal02lee and joseph1135 Thank this.

Well you are kind of wrong as Colorado and Washington legalized marijuana so maybe its not a "drug"? Either way its not knowingly breaking the law.

You have no business driving a truck with a drug charge. Even if it was in 09, you broke the law. Your actions have consequences. No one will hire you to drive with that on your record and no one should.
