Well after finally realizing my mvr is in good shape and has been for a while I gave swift a call. I got in touch with a recruiter, sent my work history, completed the assessment test, and now she wont return my calls.

Anyone had a similar issue? I'm wondering if my app was denied and she figures i am not worth the time to let me know or maybe she is on vacation? Is this normal?

    Thanks

How long has it been? A couple days? If it's just a couple days then have some patience. Recruiters work on commission. They get paid when you get your first dispatch as a solo driver. He/she may have a lot of recruits they are working with at the moment and will get to you.

As others have noted, perhaps is it a godsend. Have you applied to more than one company? You should. Always have a backup plan.

It's called using caller id. Much easier to avoid a phone call then to sit on the phone with someone explaining why they were turned down. Just sayin.

Its been a week. I emailed her a few days ago with no response.
It may be a godsend as I am considering just going to trucking school and figuring things out from there.

I would call without your number being visible. If your recruiter p/u her phone, you know he/shes avoiding your calls. Also if theirs a recruiter there by Kimberly Jones or Kimberly something, try her. Just .02 to offer.
