Advertising for drivers... but MC is OOS?

There is some delay in the SaferSys postings. They may have just been reinstated and are trying to get back up and running.
Myself, i'd be leery. Ad comes right out and says "LOW" miles. Why go with a company if you won't get a worthwhile paycheck. Might be good for a retired person looking for a supplemental paycheck.
Then there is the chance your job is to violate the law and try to cover it up!!!

 

Usually someone like that will pop up under a new name. Maybe he got his wife to register?

He has 3 trucks and 13 drivers last year, lol. That says a lot. They don't even last 3 months.

I filed a complaint on him so the FMCSA knows what he is doing.

The system was updated yesterday buzzard. He's up to no good.

 

It wasn't like his insurance lapsed. It was taken from him. I guess he could of got new insurance.

It looks like he has insurance problems like he took out a policy 8/8 but failed to make payments.
Buzz might be correct. Either way the FMCSA will be looking at him.

 

7/25/13 shows 3 violations: Driving without a CDL, using a mobile phone while driving, failure to obey a traffic control device.

And before that didn't look too good.

FMCSA's Safer data shows he has 3 powerplants and HAD 3 drivers.
Looks like the old veteran crew just "up and run"... lol, wonder why.

Also, ad shows "Very light loads-up to 2500 lbs".
What the H is he haulin @ 2500 lbs?? Pot?

 

Out of service date is 9/13/13. Wow.
