I must say. You Schneider drivers are pretty cool to one another. I never see bickering in this section like in others.
Schneider must be doing something right.

Reading your thread has helped me. I started driving about 4 months ago. Not for Schneider but PTL. I like them and they do treat me ok. No complaints. My average runs are over 1000. Just went solo 4 days ago. First run was 1344, now I'm on my second and it's 1144. But I got to keep the same FM and he is a good guy. Ex driver. So he has been there.

But we are a helpful bunch.
I remember it was like my second or third load ever solo as a brand spanking new driver. Had a O/O for SNI with over 20 yrs as a company driver for them too before he went O/O , help me out at a shipper that had tight dock spaces for live loading. Complimented my effort in blind side backing, then told me how he came at it. which was something I hadnt considered. So , he taught me to really assess a situation before deciding how to procede.TruckDuo Thanks this. -
I got cussed out by another schneider driver at a receiver in long beach, i pulled into the scale to weigh empty as he was trying to back into it ,because he went into the facility from the wrong entrance
