So what you're saying is he's got no felonies, perfect CSA score, clean mvr, 24 years of experience, a clean drug test. So he must be a complete ####### if he didn't get hired, or you're not telling us something.

 

I'm not yet clear on why they could not hire him. Your later posts cite acceptable MVR and CSA records and being up front about the felony of 1996 got him into orientation. Then he had a physical and drug screen. What exactly did they tell him is the reason for not hiring and have you seen a copy of his DAC (no need to answer either question here, just making a point)? Now is a good time to request a copy of his DAC from hireright.com but you have to have a mailing address to receive the copy.

Ozark is a good company too so it's best to find out why they turned him down and face it. Going forward, don't quit again until he's assigned a truck elsewhere. He didn't go 24 years employed as a trucker without doing a lot of things right, that's a fact.

He's been a trucker 24 years and I think that speaks for itself.

Clearly something came to light at Ozark's orientation and since she was not in the room with him she may never know what actually occurred.

 

Snow54, you're still angry, I understand that and I'm sorry. You have both learned the hard way that you're not hired until they put you in a truck. Whatever occurred at Ozark you need a copy of his DAC to see what's there.

 

Then you know exactly why they didn't hire him.
