    I just wanted to mention something on this page my father has been trucking for USF Holland for about 25 years now and went from columbus to mansfield back to columbus. He ran to charlotte alot as well as atlanta and raliegh, nc. I'm sure you know who I am talking about just wanted to see do you always have to start out working the dock?

    This is a very large corporation so I'm sure no one will know who your father is. You only do dock work if you hire in as a p&d driver. Road drivers do not do dock work

    No you don't need to be on the dock to start out. But as skinny said these companies are so huge it's hard to know everyone. I got a few people asking me if I know this person
