Appreciate you d o g! Thank you for looking after my thread. Didn't even get to read what the banned user wrote. Obviously it was not in good taste here. Again thanks to you and the other Mod's!

Tom, the guy that called me about the position was from a company called "people scout" in partnership with Wal-Mart for OTR driver position. He sent me the link to the Delaware DC. I see there is still a listing for Tobyhanna do you think I should try there?

Just apply directly via the Drive4walmart.com site. No reason to use any third party agency.

Joe, apply to anything you feel. Toby is short on drivers so apply to that location on www.drive4walmart.com. After a year you can put in a transfer to Del which is closer to you, but yes apply!

UPDATE! I received a call back from the recruiter. He said the reason I received that email was because the day I submitted it was the last day they were accepting applications for the Smyrna faculty.and I had probably the last applicant but he assured me that they did in fact receive my application. He said they will be reviewing all the applications in the next couple of weeks and that they will be calling me for an interview. I'm keeping my fingers and toes crossed :). As far as adopting for tobyhana I'm going to hold out and see if I get into Smyrna first. I would hate to get my application mixed up and end up getting tobyhana then a phone call from Smyrna ya know what I mean? But I will keep you posted and will continue reading your posts about the Wal-Mart experience.

i finally got the call for an interview!! just have a few questions for you wal-mart fellas. ive been watching your thread for awhile now and you have really helped me prepare for this process. so 1st off i want to thank you guys. now to the questions. 1. ive heard about the 9 questions and i am curious to see if some of you guys wouldn't mind posting what one or two of the actual questions you were asked were. i know that they ask everyone different questions just curious about what type of questions. so newbies like me have a better understanding, 2 in the driving test can you float or do you have to double clutch. ive been driving 18 years and maybe had to double clutch twice so not that experienced at it. 3. what are their rules on smoking its of course not a deal breaker just curious.

Hi jrick my name is Joe and I have a question for you, from the time you received the call to the time you received the call for the interview, how long was that time frame. In regards to the double clutching issue if I get that far UN the interview process I've made up mind to double clutch, just food for thought.

It was one call. Interview is set up for Tuesday. My cousin and I both got the call 3 days after the posting went offline. If that helps
