Do you guys use the navi in the MCP200 or did you get separate navigation units? When I was on the road with my training engineer, I noticed it seems to give you dumb directions in the city.

SNI United Way campaign. Ummmm, I lose quite a bit of money per year driving dedicated under HHG. It takes some nerve asking me to give to charity when you are effectively stealing from me.

SO, I suggest SNI takes the estimated average of $2000 my check is sorted over the year and donate that in my name.

Otherwise to whom and how I choose to be charitable is frankly none of my employers business.

You get paid mileage on the JCP account?

When you move to the Goodyear account, you won't have to worry about that. It is pretty much all accessory pay. You get paid "mileage" but not in the traditional sense.....you don't get paid by the mile, you get paid by the load. Some loads you make out like a bandit, some you don't but it all averages out pretty good.

You know there is a reason to push the United Way crap on us. You wanna know what I do for charity? I won't tell anyone. That is the true charity. Give to someone who is less fortunate as you but you don't going around bragging about it... Trust me when I say SNI is getting some kind of tax write off by pushing United Way on us...

SNI isn't the only company that does this. My wife works for one of the largest University Hospitals in the country, they do the same thing. A lot of companies do it. It isn't "required" so I don't know what all the hubub is about. It is choice, if you want to give than give, if you don't then don't.

The problem with most of these major name charities is that they spend way too much on fund raising and overhead. Lucky if 60% actually goes to the people in need. Far better to donate through a local church.
