Driver... I added up last week's work for the heck of it... I was surprised that I had exactly 1000 miles... I probably drove 50 to 100 more but that's what they paid... I have a good GPS program so it takes me direct stop to stop... and I had 42 stops... no day did I work more than 10 hours... for $1250... I'll stay here forever... or til' I drop dead... oh yeah.. that's what I'll have to do anyway... I don't care who signs the check... as long as it cashes to my name... and I don't care about who's name is on the truck... Years ago I swore you'd never catch me driving under their flag... but in today's world... ( though I disagree with monopolies )... JB's flag flies in a heck of a lot of places.
It is what it is... you need to choose your battles... for now I'll go with the side that's winning.

Hey dgarricksr... you've been quiet... I guess 'red' gave you the whatfor for exposing her exclusive gig... I figured it out after talking to her and putting 2 and 2 together... along with a few comments I've heard other drivers make who are aware of the situation.

Been busy raven. Red is down in newburgh now. long days and the commute was killing her. little easy in newburgh since we are a single customer location. still have to pull chester loads on occasion but not like the 14 hour days out of suffield though. Have to head into work soon. i'll catch up with you later.

    RavenRyder Thanks this.

Your taste in music sucks almost as bad as your taste in trucking companies.

I'm assuming... judging by your signature comment that you take pride in inserting your small minded drivel where no one really cares that you even exist... so sad for you. Maybe you should go lay down somewhere and chew on a bone, or lick your butt... whatever suits you.

I wish jb hunt had something in the Nevada area other than reno /: all drivers I spoke to and what I've read seems like a excellent company.

Hey raven and dgarrick, how has it been? Sounds like things are still going good, my relocation was postponed but is back on track, I am still looking at Newburgh. What chain do you service out of Newburgh now that it is a single customer? When I worked there in 99 we did Grand Union, Giant, Walbaums, and a few Stop and Shops. BTW raven, I tried to give them your alpha but since I had applied and been pre approved before giving them the code they said they couldn't use it as a referral, sorry but I tried.
