This is a new company, thats why is showing unauthorized. It will be up and running starting mid October. All DOT is waiting is insurance, the insurance company will get payment for it at the end of next week. Don't want to pay earlier while everything is not 100% set up yet, would be waste of money. It takes couple days to update that in DOT system. So company will be good to go in about 10 days from now. There will be 2 company trucks that are ready to go now, already got 2 owner operators that will be ready on October 16. Still looking for couple more owner operators. I personally, as the owner of the company have experience of 8 years in trucking, so this will be a solid and serious company, so I am looking for serious and safe drivers. I personally worked as the driver, dispatcher, logistics manager, and safety officer. If You interested give me a call. I hope I clarified Your question.

The company was never fully activated last year (2012). So You know after You apply for authority, You have 90 days since application was started to get the insurance, BOC3 and other things processed, otherwise its dismissed. Authority was renewed on September 10, 2013, so legally since September 10, 2013 I have 90 days to get this company fully operating. So far everything is on the right track, insurance, factoring company, fuel cards, UCR, IFTA, employee and broker contracts, agreements, policies are ready. Medical examination, alcohol and drug test screening account established and so on and so on.....
If You "Bogi" were starting to run the trucking company, would You pay, lets say $10000, first insurance payment to get the company activated in DOT system, and then would start working on other earlier mentioned things needed to properly and legally run the business? I guess not, right? No one starts a business without a business plan
