Swift Driver Commits Suicide

Ignoring the plethora of information that is available by using "google" might explain your situation, though. And I doubt that "Swift" is the most common cause of suicide, when studies clearly state that the most common "mind-set" of someone who commits suicide is narcissism. (Which is classified as a mental illness) Google that.

 

A very nice man who worked their for years about to retire committed suicide upstairs about 3 years ago. The stress and backstabbing pushed him over the edge,he was a ex trucker and thought he was safe with office job.In the log room were you get your logs safety ,at the white house location,they sit behind bullet proof glass, medal detectors at front door. I was told a truck driver shot a dispatcher once at covenant. This would probaly explain the medal detectors and bullet proof glass. Why so many tradgedys linked to a company.Im afraid to drive next to the trucks on interstate any more with drivers treated so poorly and stressed.

 

Lets check to see how many companys have suicdes by employees in trucking business. How many truckdrivers, how many office employees at trucking industry.

 

I must be wise enough to know, Its not all related to mental problems. One quick to diagnose is one quick to judge and all knowing.

I must be wise enough to know i'm special and deserve a better life.

I must be wise enough to know , I can change anything in my life.

I must be wise enough to know if i'm stressesd and unhappy change is the answer.

I must be wise enough to know if they control me to the point of suicide they wont care when I'm gone anyway.

I must be wise enough to know that they are not worth it.

I must be wise enough to know that if its my final choice, its my final choice and nobodys opinion matters .

I must be wise enough to know inocent people are inocent people and should not be part of this tradgedy.

I must be wise enough to know there is always an answer and a new door to open, if only we can gather the strength left to look.

People who commit suicide ARE mentally ill. Normal SANE people find different more constructive methods of dealing with their problems. But I guess if you had someone in your family kill themselves you might have a clue.

I suffer from PTSD, from Vietnam and I have had suicidal thoughts a lot of times. You can say mentally ill but I am not sick, I have a dysfunction of the brain and you probably would too if you saw what I saw and had 40 rockets shot at you in 1 week at all hours of the day. I have known several people including my best friend, whoo was closer than any of my 5 brothers kill themselves. Maybe his wife left him or who knows what but for what ever reason HE IS DEAD Let hi rest in peace.

 

Hey Y'all. Greetings from a board newbie.
I was at the Tomahawk fueling when the driver was discovered. The scene was definitely surreal. A KLLM driver had parked next to the Swift truck and as he walked around the truck he noticed blood dripping out of the cab. He then notified the fuel desk and they called the police. I fuel at the Tomahawk 3 times a week so I kind of get the latest buzz/gossip. The Swift driver was from Pueblo,Co. (just down the road) and was apparently notified by Swift he was being "let go" and someone was to meet him there to get his keys and the truck.
I'm just guessing but the poor driver had to have some other issues to go the final step such as he did.
