I spammed the site about Schneider and my posts got moved here

I'm with Schneider my average is about 300 per week, get short crappy loads tons of stuff i have to do they don't pay or you have to get this or that approved before they pay, I would stay away from them. I'm looking for something better waiting for 2 year mark then I'm gone.

 

I work for Schneider I think it's impossible to make more then 8 dollars per hour, I added up the hours it's like 5 or 6 so much stuff they want me to do free of charge, but the DBL's and their replacements get paid for every hour or huge salary, but we have to do paperwork, phone calls, 2 hours loading, 2 hours unloading and more all free of charge.


Also break down pay got scammed and also chasing trailers very get scammed not paid.


Ripped of on how they calculate miles.


I'm 99% sure a typical solo company driver when you add all work (not just driving) is not making legal minimum wage! Ignore the 1% who do if I had great loads I would to but I don't get them

I work for them solo company driver the DBL's high paying little work job is all about finding ways to get more free work out of the drivers wo the parasites who don't do the work get huge checks, it's just a big rippoff. I don't make minimum waget and work 3 weeks out 1 week in, they don't do anything make huge money, and they can't pay at least minimum wage, when I complained they said quit, find someone else to do be cause they probably have more losers like me to take advantage of. They know they get 2 years to rip us off then their is new victim Stay away if you can, I have 6 more months and my 2 years is up. Schneider is horrible!

 

wow... I make double what you do for Schneider and I thought my job sucked, yours really sucks, i feel for you.

 

Wow, I work for Scneider my DBL goes out of the way never to pay me the 15 per hour detention or anything. I'm averaging 300 per week. I wish I could be in your situation I would be very very happy. I guess it depends what DBL you get, you seam to have got lucky would stick there if I was you. Good luck, I hope it lasts.

 

This kind of stuff happens to me every single week at Schneider, specially after hours. I can write a book with all the BS the night/weekend DBL replacements do. Can't wait to get a real trucking job with a real company that cares about truckers not the parasites who make tons of money by exploiting the drivers.

 

I'm with Schneider, my recommendation is stay away from them, they think drivers are cheap commodity to be milked for every dime while paying the parasites who don't drive huge wages.

 

I had to get my hotel approved every single day, they are cheap scates, (Schneider).

 

Schneider is the most deceptive company and they put so much effort to find ways to get more profit out of drivers. Be careful.
