What Scheider does to this driver is what many companies do to other drivers.Which is why we are considered cheap labor.Companies use to pull that garbage on me.Not no more,they're either going to pay me extra for work they want done or it ain't happening.Companies pay drivers poverty wage anyway,no reason why they can't pay more for extra work.It's unreal how companies take advantage of drivers.You got the exp slave driver,go elsewhere and fast.

 

I guess you guys are all working for crap carriers. I don't do #### for free no does my company ask me too. When when you all wake up?

 

New drivers I would say are the real victims.Considering what companies pay no drivers should be forced to do anything extra for free.My company pays us extra for anything that doesn't have anything to do directly with driving.Drivers do need to wake up put their foot down and tell your dispatcher,NO MORE,you either pay extra or find someone else to do it.Companies treat drivers like saps and don't appreciate it anyway.

I really feel for this driver and others going thru the same thing because I once went thru it.No company is worth driving for if they treat drivers like what slave driver has described.Him complaining about the situation he's in isn't doing any good.His checks proves that.He has every right to be angry but its only going to get worse for him with each passing day.Why be with a company you hate and be stressed and angry every day.
