    They are supposed to make a huge profit off the drivers. What do you think they are in business for ... providing jobs to people.

    They have customers who are in the world where they can go somewhere else, and many do shop for rates to move something from point a to point b so we are the means for that movement.

    But not to say there isn't problems, most of which are within our little trucking community and we support those great expectations of others who think it is all easy to make the big bucks or told so ... some of them this is a last ditch effort to get a job. So ... Until you and everyone else start demanding that we have tougher testing standards, more thorough training and higher expectations from our fellow professionals in order to keep people from just jumping into this mess, we can't really complain ... can we?

    Thousands tens of thousands have complanied and complained about this very issue.FMCSA knows what happens in this industry and do not care.I for one does not support what happens in this industry to drivers.I do not kiss ### and will not do anything for free.Wish more drivers would take notes but they do not because the majority are brand new drivers and think that's how the industry works.

    Thank y'all for all the comments on Schneider. I'm still going to go with them for about 2 years so that I can get the actual job, hauling frac sand for a guy in my hometown he makes a killing. He wants 6 years regional experience.

    What a joke you truckers are, no wonder truckers like me get taken advantage it's because of backstabers like you, instead of sticking together you take the company side agains a guy working all day every frigin day and call me a spammer. Maybe SNI and others should take advantage because you have no dignity to speak up, and when someone like me does you say I'm spamming, I'm speaking up against the abuse morons.

    Go kiss ### and I hope they take you down to 4 dollars an hour, YOU DESERVE IT!

    Wow you sound like me DBL. How is it my performance I was loaded 1.5 hours today, probably of-loaded tomorrow all day, and for 198 miles (they will not let me drop today) so I have to wait at the truck stop. So how much will I make?

    HOW IS IT MY PERFORMANCE??

    It's amazing you people all jump to backstab a trucker, how disgusting! One time SNI sent me to 7 trailer runs all day, 6 where loaded, had pallets or not there, HOW IS THAT MY PERFORMANCE.

    I can go on. You are probably a paid DBL by SNI or a conspiracy of abusive trucking company owners to troll this forum and deny the abuse, I doubt you are a real world company driver getting used like I am, and if you are a company driver like me, then shame on you. What I noticed for the past year and a half at SNI is the DBL's who never dove went to some fancy school has 1000 reasons to tell me why I suck and loves to yell at me, i'm use to it, I'm just disappointed that other trucker don't see how unfair it is and un-moral to use drivers for free labor. I'm ok if we split profits but not if they keep profits, then I should be compensated at least minimum wage WHICH I'M NOT!

    I'm fuming at the truck stop am going to get a subway and take a shower and hit the rack in my pumpkin PS. You go and think about what you are doing and learn what's moral and right if you know the concept, if not try to learn it while you still can.
