    All I can say is ####! That much money and CRE still finds a way to nickel and dime a driver into negative paychecks? That's horrible

    Well I'm happy to say he's done orientation, come home to get his birth certificate and license fixed, gotten back and now has a 2010 Peterbilt automatic. He said it's the strangest thing ever lol. He's already done his first load and is working on getting to his pick-up for the second one now. They're all Wal-Mart loads for now. They said he'd get Ceva once his teammate joined up with him. Also that they are gonna give him a different truck once he goes team, which I found kinda odd but whatever.

    Some trucks are just designated for team...he will prob get a volvo 780 which they lease or use for teams....

    They don't have a lot of Volvo's left. He will get a either a 2013/2014 International ProStar or Freightliner Cascadia.

    I haven't seen a Volvo in the USX fleet in a very long time. Maybe a few older owner ops who got the trucks when there was still a OKC terminal. Last year they bought them was 2008. Once they team, it will be a new truck.
