OK, now where do all of us that paid our dues, stepped up to the plate and spent our hard earned money for 2008 or newer trucks, stand in line to sue CARB and the state of California???
I am serious, this is ######## that you as a proactive businessman would seek to get a jump on coming legislation and then 6 WEEKS before implementation they come up with this ########???
Then people in Government wonder why no one trusts them.

So the companies who refused submitting to CA's whim won the bet. By the time the regs are enforced how they intended from the start almost everyone will be in upgraded equipment anyways. Seems like some of the biggest losers will be investors of the big warehousing and crossdock facilities built along border states hoping to cash in on non-compliant trucks not able to enter CA.

And all of those that chided me for getting a 2013 glider with a pre-egr engine. Looks like maybe crow eating time.

I think too....Mexico may have had a hand in this.....There's too many NAFTA operations that wouldn't be compliant in time..... -
And quite frankly if I am going to have to pay to travel there, I might as well pay to travel someplace else like Colombia where being a single American male will cause women to crawl all over you. -

And now it's coming out that the state won't enforce the regs now?....
So is that going to open the door now to bring back all the crap trucks too?.....
If so...Rates are going to head South......
##### right!!!..I expect to get compensated for following the rules....
Why should people who skirt the rules get rewarded? -
Although IF this comes down I think it would be the right thing to do, I just don't see it happening, I'm never that lucky, 10 x 25g's per truck, I could live with that.
It's not just the EXTRA cost of the new truck or the upfit, it's the lifetime of aggravation that goes along with these new motors, thanks for the info WCP.
