Thanks bobbyt...sounds like a ton of hours you have to put in for the 15 days. Sure appreciate the info, especially just prior to going up to FSJ and speaking with them in person.
-
Thanks - I'll keep what you said in mind.
So maybe some people don't want to recommend any companies that look less than 3 years back, but does anyone know of companies that look back only 3 years for accidents? -
You work whenever they need cement pumped. For example you go on a job, rig up and pump at 7 am finish at 11 am. Head to hotel, camp or base and then get called out at 4 pm to pump some more and finish at 7pm. Head back to rest and possibly get called out again at 3am. That's a cementers life.
For 15 days they own you. Your on call 24 hours a day. -
as far as driving records go, all you can do is apply and be upfront about it. as long as it wasn't for something totally stupid or an impaired a single item probably isn't a showstopper.
Myself I drove up to Red Deer and had a very positive interview with STEP energy. If the offer comes through it's for $40.00 an hour plus OToilfield Thanks this. -
My buddy just started with step. He's been very impressed so far.
