Even using the buttonhook,I've had four-wheelers come up under me on the shoulder.
They deserve to loose some paint!!!
One of our drivers had an accident under just thes circumstances and the Wa. State Patrol issued a citation to the four-wheeler.![]()

Hmmmmm, looking at that Google map, I must agree with D16, there's no excuse for that car to try to pass you on the right. Even if it was a car that's doing the turning it seems it would be risky to try to pass on the right. How is it that the police found it to be your fault? Okay, hit and run, but can't you argue you just don't feel your trailer hitting something? Looks like some injustice has been done. But what can you do, these things do happen sometimes...

Like this.
"According to the map it's not a sharp corner,so I'm not understanding his maneuver leading him to an accident"..
I have seen a lot worse,(lol my own) this is not that bad.
So if you still do not understand the person is saying, after seeing the satellite view of the intersection, they do not see why such a wide turn would be needed. becuase it has plenty of room where one would not need to make such a wide turn, leaving himself exposed to someone cutting in.. -

According to what i can tell from the picture, it should have been the 4 wheeler's fault, with no questions asked. There is no turning lane. The car should not be there! My father was involved in something like this about 12-13 years ago. Sitting at the light waiting to make a right hand turn and a car came up beside him. It ended up sitting in his blind spot. He took off and hit the front end of the car. He said he never felt it, just heard the stuff cracking. He stopped. When the cops got there they said there is no turning lane so it doesn't matter if you had your turn signal on or not it is the 4 wheelers fault!
That being said this all sucks. And you can't ever assume that the darn 4 wheeler knows what you are doing or where the trailer is going to go. They aren't educated enough to understand all of this! Good luck TooTall! -
No problem... keep up the good work.. A second language is very difficult thing to master.. especially english.... unless you are around it as a child it can be very hard to understand with the multiple meaning words have... -
Caution Wide Turns mame some 4 wheelers are still trying to figure out what a wide turn is.

I sure can't speak a second language that well!!!
