People try to hide stuff...Not paying attention. Everyday is a interview. Showing up late to class. Cant pass permit test. Medical or health issue. Prime doesnt have to do anything people weed dem ownselves out

Thanks folks. I already have my permit. physical should be no problem now (had a BP issue). Just a few speeding tickets spread out over 25 years of driving a 4 wheeler. I guess Im just getting cold feet. I quit my underpaying job yesterday and will be there on the 17th to give it a shot. Any other last minute things I should try to take care of?

Do you have BP issue undercontrol they mighr want paperwork from doc. Tell them about tivkets. Write down every tickrt you have. O yea keep BP to yourself unless you take meds that will show as a narcotic in ya piss

Hopefully you are documenting and giving him feedback. Is your FM aware of all of this? At this point he probably won't pass the driving test.
    1. Turn off the GPS when he is driving.
2, Make him write the instructions down.
    3. Make him square his corners when turning, If he can't do it then bounce him from the school.
    4. If he is tired and he can't focus, then don't let him drive and document it and notify your FM. He is a safety hazard at that point.
    5. He should be backing at this point at least into the easy docks. if he can't do it then bounce him.
    Document, Document, Document

    raceready.
I had to get on meds to get the BP down to passing so I will have no choice to explain them. You make it sound like BP meds could get me kicked back. I was forthright with the recruiter through this process and she seems to be ok with it. My concern is the recruiters payplan. if they get paid on bodies that show up or if they get paid on drivers that graduate.... I just don't know

While I don't know about the recruiters pay plan, I will say this, they are accountable if they bring in students knowingly who have issue's. My recruiter at the time had to explain, why I was brought in 1 day early after being on pain meds previously, and he was aware of it. Keep all documentation that you email to the recruiter, copies of all emails etc. That way when you go to orientation and if there is an issue, and you have told the recruiter and have it documented, and can prove that you told them (Emails) then they have to explain. If I spoke to my recruiter over the phone then I immediately sent a followup email to him on it. CYA is the name of the game.
Now if you try to hide something and get caught, then you are booted immediately. Prime takes a VERY dim view of people who try to pull this stunt, AND they WILL find out LOL
