How to clean you MVR Report

We all make mistake that is for sure but if you drove in third lane in CA ,and plus hit another vehicle I agree with Diesel Dave. Sorry but looks like you don't have luck with semi truck.

 

I got a ticket BEFORE my CDL and it is hurting me... - One of them I tried to fight, ended up pleading "Nolo Contendere" - was not a good idea because even though you don't get any point, but still it shows on the history. I have to carry the burden NOW... What I can say to you is GOOD LUCK AND WELCOME TO THE CLUB.... LOL

 

Crazy thought.Since your just starting out when if you immediately move to another state and turn in cdl get new cdl and dont drive commercial for 3 years .Keep record clean in new state for 3 years then apply for driving job? And you'll figure out the rest.

 

In Florida, if you have a cdl, you can not do traffic school. Even if you got the ticket in a 4 wheeler.

 

Perfect trucker group is funny.....some folks are willing to give the guy a pat on the butt and say don't worry it happens to all of us....BS....complete and total BS...He got a third lane ticket in Ca. last i heard that has been a traffic offense for decades....Then he REAR-ENDS someone in heavy traffic conditions...his words not mine (check out his thread about that accident)..his decision making mind-set needs a make-over...OR he needs to choose another line of work.....Now if someone considers this flaming , well , so be it...I'm just being honest and telling the rookie what "HE " NEEDS TO HEAR...NOT MAKING HIM "FEEL BETTER".......flame thrower is cut off now...Happy trails....

 

In CA if you have a cdl you can't take the driving course. Sure you may be able to find something out there but it will not be a good job. It may or may not be enough to pay your bills. Both the ticket and accident are poor decisions on your part. There is more to driving a truck then holding a steering wheel. You have to use your brain too.

 

There is a reason you have a CMVR or a MVR, so companies and others can see what YOU did. thats like asking, "can i clear the salvage title on this truck so the next owners dont know it was ever in an accident? HEHEHE" Ah NO if the tickets are wrong then you have the right to fight
