drove before years ago, worked for years in a different state. only had 2 jobs, both outside the industry
in the last 10 years, never got fired, but one guy told me not to use him as a job reference cause he won't call a company back to verify my employment, I don't want to hand over my w-2's for the last 10 years, I have no dac,
I'd have to find pay stubs, it's the last job I left after 6 years, I got to go back to driving school, I'm 49, any companies hire students with just calling my good employer? this is bad as the dac.
and I know too well what I want to get back into, (trucking)
it's not for everyone, I have been thru newyork city, the company I drove for went out of business then got bought out
got out of driving, got zero points, no criminal record, I feel like I got to blind side to the loading dock.
and I know why they want to know, the tractors cost $$$
think about getting back into it

IRS have to give you a copy of your tax forms. Just call them.
munson Thanks this. -
Paschall Truck Lines in Murray, KY will probably hire you and give you refresher training. It's a good dry van company and the trucks have APU's.

thanks chinatown, went on the ptl site,
the way I read it in ptl's (what to bring section)
they got to be able to call employers & verify you worked there
it says to bring any w-2's of a company that you worked for that went out of businessChinatown Thanks this. -
That's right, you can get copies of the W-2's if you don't have them. I recommend you call Paschall and let them know you're interested. A telephone call may help.
