Just got this email from Washington State PUC:
The Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission received your complaint regarding Navajo Express. The commission does not have jurisdiction over this type of issue.
The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) takes consumer complaints regarding interstate household goods at 1-888-368-7238 (888-DOT-SAFT) orwww.protectyourmove.gov.
I am sorry the commission cannot be of direct assistance to you in this matter.
Sincerely,
Katie
See msg #479. Did not expect WA PUC had jurisdiction over Navajo Express, of course. Just maybe a referral to another State agency that could help. Sometimes when you stir the pot...JustPj, thebennyman, Lux Prometheus and 1 other person Thank this. -

"guys don't ya think it is starting to get well out of hand just for a post here ? I mean she was offered help and turned it down"
No one is asking you to follow this thread, let alone enter posts. You're missing the point on the grand scale. I for one am not interested in your political rants.
Good luck out there! -
And I repeat..if this forum is being trolled, for what purpose?
To expose that some nice people post here?
She has refused all offers of cash......
Shame on me if I got trolled for being a average decent person.thebennyman, Lonesome, Lux Prometheus and 1 other person Thank this. -
Just got a call from Navajo Express. Guy who called, Jim, I think he said head of operations, then suddenly put me on hold. Steve, VP of Operations came on, said Jim works for him. Says he knows 'all about' the situation with Pj and, of course, is limited in a personnel matter what he could share with me. Told him he certainly didn't need me to give him Pj's number, he should have that.
He agreed. Told him that Pj is still stranded in Cle Elum after Navajo abandoned her and that myself and many other truck drivers like me look forward to see if Navajo Express steps up to the plate, that Navajo became responsible for her the minute they allowed her in that truck and Navajo is responsible for her now.
He said that Navajo Express would do whatever Navajo Express chooses to do without saying what, if any, plans Navajo has for Pj.
At that, we rang off.
