I have heard of it being done but never actually seen one in person.
You would probably have to change the wiper linkage.
My 95 had a 1 piece but my 03 I have now is the 2 piece.

Is the opening the same for a curved vs flat glass? I'd think it'd be different :/

I need to replace both windshields & my wiper motor so this might be a good time to check into doing this.

    Oxbow Thanks this.

I've thought of going from the one piece to the two piece in mine, too. I don't care for the wiper track on the one piece.

Good to hear! My 95 would take some convincing to put a curved one in. The gap where the seal goes around doesn't have lotta room to play with.

If you run Wyoming much it could weigh in on your decision, I don't think that I have ever gone through a complete winter without a rock taking out a windshield. Why they don't screen to a finer material for the road sand I don't know, but I could replace the two piece for thirty six bucks each on my Freightliner Classic, which is probably about the same for the KW, but I am sure that the one piece would be a lot more. Just a thought to consider.

Which is another reason I want to see about a 2-piece conversion.
