Full grown at least as far as I've always been told means that the cop car has all the lights and bells and whistles on it!
If this is wrong please advise!

Hey Buddy, "Full-Grown Bear" it’s just another way to say “State Police Trooper”.

"Full Grown" means a DOT cop, the one most feared by truckers. Others go by various names: City Kitty, Speed Cop, County Mounty, etc. Anything less than a DOT is not a "Full Grown."

As I recall, as another name for Nashville, we'd say we are running thru the "guitar" that seemed the most common name for that city. Just another wrinkle.

Its a Latin term for "communications beacon".
Its that long stick to the right of your knee.
You talk into it by mashing the button down,
and yell really loud into it.To receive transmissions,
you pull button up and yank around on communication beacon.
Eventually you should hear something, sometimes you may be
out of range, and need to move it into one of its other settings :smt061
