Do you take people without any flat bed experience?

Yes, we are happy to train people without open deck experience. The only catch is you have to be based out of our Dubuque terminal.

How is it determined what terminal you are based out of?

You would have to drive to DBQ to begin your week. Work throughout the week, and drive home at the end of the week. In the beginning, you would not be allowed to take your truck home. A big part of our training is having you through our DBQ terminal as often as possible to see your loads and give instruction.

    chris13 Thanks this.

Very funny...but to be honest, new hires begin their career in an "experienced" truck. You have to earn your way into a good truck.

    passingthru69 and Leftlane101 Thank this.
