Hello, I have a 2005 Columbia detriot 60 series 14.L, when press on my accelerator it throw out gray smoke even after I replace with new turbo . I needed a new turbo anyways , now it still does it . The more I press accelerator the more smokes it comes , like when I go through my first 6 gears and even when use jake break . I know it sounds normal but it didn't do this much smoke before . Plz help if you know . Thank you

Do you have a air restriction gauge for your air filter? Is the oil consumption up?

If it is a single under hood filter, it should be changed at least every 6 months depending on your exact application, if it has dual outside air cleaners at least once a year, again depends on your exact application. replacing the air filter is not that expensive compared to replacing the engine.(which is exactly what you will be doing soon) Changing the oil and filters cost about 5-6 times as much replacing the air filters, has it been a year since you've done that too?

It's just probably because it's cold out.
