I can answer about Superior:
.47 cpm loaded
.40 cpm empty
$10 per night for sleeping in the truck
$20 load pay for first 2 hours then $15 per hour after that
$20 unload pay for first 2 hours then $15 per hour after that
Layover pay off 14 then paid 10 hours at $15 per hour (basically $150 per day)
Break down pay- starts immediately upon breakdown $15 per hour
Two weeks vacation after 1 year, paid 48 hours per week
All major holidays paid, I think like 7 total
Bereavement pay
401k with profit sharing
Home time is pretty much whenever you want it. Typically out 7-10 days then home. Some guys like to stay out longer if they can. If you go home every week you probably won't make much money. When I ask to be home on a certain day they always have me home a day earlier than asked for. So no issues on getting home.
If I missed anything, Wysrob can add to itscythe08, realsupatrucka and warrior81 Thank this. -
Personally, I would go with Trimac. Almost did back a few years ago. Only thing that stopped me is at the time the local terminal wanted two years experience of which I didn't have at the time.realsupatrucka and scythe08 Thank this. -
900,000-tons-of-steel and realsupatrucka Thank this.

If you are an experienced driver then your training will probably just be limited to a week of local then the standard week of safety training in Greer SC. Experienced drivers are usually out otr within two weeks after all of the application process. Application process, dot physical, physical agility test, background usually takes 4-5 weeks to complete. You have to have tanker and hazmat endorsements before applying. They will want you to get a passport and twic card within 60 days of hire. I have a passport but never got the twic card but they have not said anything about it. I never go to ports to load anyway. But they do want you to get a passport.
realsupatrucka Thanks this.
