I have a 97 T800 daycab vin#734659. How do you tell if its an aerocab or not? Or is that only for trucks with sleepers? I was lookin at some exterior accesories and it asks if its aerocab or not. Thank you
How do you know if you have an aerocab?

An areocab would be the sleeper as you are a daycab your not an areocab unless you have the extended daycab then they use the areocab platform.

i believe areo cabs have curved windshield...

Aerocabs ONLY come with curved windsheilds but you can get a non aerocab with curved or flat. TYPICALLY, the aerocab exhaust runs under the frame the non aerocab TYPICALLY runs between the cab and top of frame. The aerocab roofline is sloped upwards into the sleeper a non aerocab looks level front to back. You can slide your seat back indefinitly in an aerocab. Non aerocab the seat hits the partition separating the cab ffrom sleeper

Aerocab

The aerocab can be attached with another Kenworth Sleeper. So if you bust the sleeper, just take off the sleeper without pulling the cab out.
