So... What did you find out? Did you go driving for them? Go O/O with them?

running two parallel DOD autorities for case of emergency

 

i worked with this company's called silvicom , inc and silvicom logistic owned one or three owners i work there more then five months and from the first check to last check they always steal my money my miles from checks and charge me same as there other drivers for no reason some checks showing me 265 deduction road service which never happen i did pay 500 tolls from packet they never pays me even they charged me for the lumpers fees and even something happen to truck or trailer still they charged me and thats what they do with there other drives these people are all about fraud lies and now its been more then month n half still got no check from them they ow me about 5 grands these people even lie to brokers who gives/get them loads if you visit there website ha how they lie about safety matter fact these don't no nothing about safety these people push and force there drivers to run illegal 24/7 i left there company last Friday let me ask you guys a question who can drive almost 2900 miles or so in two days From Gardena ca to inwood ny? well last load i picked from Gardena ca Monday evening 6pm and they want me to drop Thursday 7am in inwood NY i wish DOT should check them some good way i have every single proof i am not here Writing all this because i left there company or something i am Writing this because they'r Fraud plus they putting drivers and other peoples life on risk 24/7 and like i said i do have proofs other thing time DOT's go to there office for insp they show them fake log books DOT need to stop this peoples before they get some one killed i don't care about my money its ok sooner or later i will get my money from them because i am going to civil court plus i will make sure ill go to DOT but my appeal is to DOT and other law Enfo Agency's please stop this peoples before they get some one killed 100% most of time there driver runs non stop more then 24 hours

 

be careful with this company , they will cut ur miles , they are not going to pay u layovers, u have to pay tolls from ur packet and u will never going to see the reimbursement, plus they will try to make u run ilegal, and Be careful with the biggest lier ( Alex , Distpacher ) and he is good on that , he will lie to u every week, plus they play with ur money every week .

I was never big on reviews and reading about companies because I am busy driving and making money but every now and then when I have a few minutes I like to update my self to what's going on in the industry, I've been with 5 companies through my 16 year driving career and I've been with Silvicom Inc for 4 years now and I must say that they are one of the fast growing leading companies in the industry who due care about their drivers and making money for everyone not just them selfs. I have always been on time and I have never had a single deduction from them, they provide every driver with new equipment and they pay top dollar per mile. Now as a driver I have experienced deduction in other companies for things that were clearly my fault and I am willing to respect that because if you're getting top dollar (47 cents/ mile) with a brand new truck and trailer and you cant preform you're minimum requirements as a driver you shouldn't be on the road. As far as pushing to drive I have never drove illegal with this company, they have rescheduled my appointments several times when I was feeling good or road conditions were bad and have never made me do anything that was not safe or unreal. So when I see bad reviews for a company I drive for and has been nothing but great to me I would like to write my experience down so you can make your own educated choice and realize that no company is ever good enough for us drivers, but if you want to make money with new equipment you these guys in my opinion are as close to great as it gets.

I plan on going with this company do they really mess with your paychecks?

 

I have been working with this company for over 4 years and I have never experienced any problems with my pay. On top of it I get bonuses every now and then on good service. It amazes me that they have negative reports because these guys have been nothing but good towards me. I have referred 4 on my friends to this company and they are currently working for them and have not experienced any issues at all. I would refer this company to anyone.
