accident today..

So Today i had my First accident at my fault so the officer says.. no major damage done..
i was heading south on a city road where i live in. there was a middle turn lane and 2 right lanes and 2 left lanes so a 4lane road with middle turns. I stopped at this stop light i had to make a left turn at to get to our plant. There was a Pick up next to me a F250 with big mirrors.. So i get green arrow others have RED light.. I make my left like i always do on this turn and somehow i clipped his mirror.. I HAD NO CLUE I DID. he followed me to our gate which was like .3 miles down the road and came up to me and said i hit him.. Here the trick part.. I looked at my dash cam and i did not go anymore right while making my left turn i went STRAIGHT then made my left in middle of intersection. I make this turn TONS of times with cars and trucks there. How did i hit him?? I say he was partly in my lane when he pulled up fast the white line on where to stop at lights.. Or he hit me while pulling up to it..

Company said call police we did a report officer said its my fault he didnt really care about my dash cam.. So as the guy is talking to the officer he says his mirror went inward automatically.. if i hit him why didnt his mirror go forwards instead it went towards the back and folded in.. i wanna fight this with my company cuz im get points and i know its not my fault..

 

There is no Cams there.. and i did not get a TICKET.. it is a mirror accident but i dont want these points on my company record.. once u get 13points you get suspended from driving as a truck driving..

 

there was paint on the trailer where he claims i hit him.. but if i hit him why did his mirror fold in??? and why did it not go OUTT.. but i wander if he hit my trailer and then tryed to blame it on me.. ive never had a problem with a left turn tail swing on that turn never even had semis right next to me.. and that road is very tight

 

no they where all the way up.. maybe i am at fault but i don't think i am. ive made the same turn tons of times as its my home town lol.
