MPG is NOT figured into the bonus. There are too many different trucks and routes to establish an equal playing field. If you can shut ur truck off when you are not in it the majority of drivers will hit their % mark. The bonus is actually $250/monthly broken down into different factors, so if you miss one part of the bonus you can still hit a different part.

 

Hows the Miles and do they hire out of Fort Worth Area? How are the DM's?

 

platinum, ft worth is a booming terminal. A&R is growing there and has more freight than it can handle out of that location.

 

Guys who work A&R, what is ur weekly pay for company driver and owner operator?

 

Do they hire out of South Carolina? If they do,how often do the drivers get home

 

Florence, Sc and home every other weekend and maybe through the house during that time as well depending on where the freight lanes are heading.

 

Yea Florence ( my terminal) is really flexible. Work what u want. Home what u want.. but it is best to run two weeks if you are system. Many of the regional get home sometimes each weekend but at least every other
