You're playing with fire. If they think you lied chances are you'll never work in this business if they report you lied on your application. Best to go back and correct the application if you can. If it turns into a can of worms I would just hold on. Never guess, make sure you answer correctly and never give them more than they need. If you have a ticket that says your accident was preventable then say so. If not don't volunteer because you think it might have been. They only know what is written.

well I have only applied to four company's so far and I have talked to a recruiter at them also and I did tell the recruiter that it was a flatbed wrecker and that I wasn't sure if it was cmv I know the tag on the wrecker didn't have commercial written on it it looked just like a regular tag you have on a car there really isn't much I can do about it now I know this doesn't help but I never meant to seem like I was not telling the truth about anything I just really didn't know and I do think they 3 of them only asked for the last 3 years work exp not 10 anyway I just don't know what to do about it know . And one question if they haven't hired me esp since im still a student how can they put anything on a dac or anything like that if im not employed by them ?and i never got any tickets in the wrecker no wrecks or anything like that once in like 2005 dot did pull me over for a check and warned me about not having a medical card i explained to him that i didn't know i was supposed to have one to drive it and he seemed like he really understood that even my boss didn't know we was supposed to have a medical card

I never have worked for a company that used DAC. I guess you can just wait and hold your breath. But the way it looks here companies can put just about anything they want on your DAC. If they do, do not wait and dispute what they say right away. One piece of advice I can give you is don't trust people in the company so much. You'll find out through the years when it comes to you or them they'll trash you in a heart beat to save their job. That doesn't mean you do not need to be unfriendly just be careful what you say to anybody.
