As far as I know companies ask you if you've ever been convicted of a felony. If you haven't then the answer would be no. If you have then the answer would be yes. Pretty simple.
Side note... I always wonder just how mature anyone is when they use all the emoticons, and smiley faces in a post. What are we children?spyder7723 and x#1 Thank this. -
I would answer the question as it is asked literally. as mentioned above, if they ask if you have been CONVICTED the answer would be no. however they will ask for an explanantion of unemployment so be ready to explain it in terms that can assure them you were not a criminal.
