I suggest calling Volvo and ask to speak with a mechanic..

I have done this with my car, truck, motorcycle, 4 wheeler, boat and big truck and never once have I had them say no or anything as such..

They always have been more then helpful to answer my questions...

The whole foglight assembly is disposable. You can buy the piece for about $80 at the Volvo dealer. The assembly is one piece which includes the housing, bulbs, and front glass pre-assembled and ready to bolt in. It takes about 10 minutes to do.

Thats the way they made it. Road debris breaks them long before they ever burn out. Everything on a big truck is expensive. I hate it too, but if you need a foglight what else can you do?

Lower ones-fog lights, upper ones-driving lights, they work with high beams only.
