    5 months experience from Massachusetts....already been denied cause I dont have enough expereince for example Bulkmatic

    I have a company that's willing to hire me now. I also want to weigh all my options before I go to another crap out fit that will higher me and basically do what I did at Werner.

    Are you referring to Schneider? I had them in mind but wasnt really sure about them. Not to mention they're a big outfit, didnt want to get lost in the cracks like I did at Werner.

    If you're wanting to go with a smaller company, the best thing you can do is go around your area and see if there are any local trucking companies hiring. A lot of the smaller companies don't advertise like the big boys do, so it will take some footwork on your part. Also, if you go in person, it puts a face with a name and your chances of being hired go up.
