Get a detailed copy of your phone records including internet usage. It will show you using Pandora but will most likely not show a channel change. Will still be he said she said, but may look better

Flipped of a cop and got away with it..... Right. I've heard that one a dozen times... I think that last time I heard it he got really mad when I asked how long he sat in jail for it. Lol

I'm pretty sure he did get away with it, would be interesting to see a cop arresting him for flippin' him the bird... When the driver would demand, to see his supervisor and also demand the phone records of the cop be submitted to his station as the cop was currently breaking the law (California Vehicle Code (VC) §23123).

We all know the COP would stop and ticket him for some other reason.

And this is when you contest it and make the cop own up to his law breaking.

Aren't cops immune from such regulations? They are under the El Paso, TX cell phone law.

They are in most, if not all, jurisdictions. A lot of law enforcement agencies have shifted some communications, especially sensitive ones, to an officer's cell phone. So, they can successfully argue that they have a need to use it beyond what would be required for other persons that also use a cell phone for primary communications. However, do a lot of officers abuse that privilege? I believe they do.
