Umm, you haven't been medically cleared to return to duty and you are seeking to lie about this, by omission at least, on a new job that will REQUIRE extensive use of the abs?

Not sure , but that can be construed as fraud by your state and subject to prosecution. Not to mention the Feds as stated above.
