Mike McDermott--he's in the office where Kurtis used to be. Mike is a very nice guy. If you were at the big meeting he was the Together Everyone Achieves More guy. He was extremely helpful to me a while back when I had some issues.

 

I'm starting oreintation in a couple of weeks. I'll be out of the wytheville va yard. Just wondering if you can let me know what to expect. I will be solo. What kind of truck will I be in, where I'll go etc. Thanks in advance

 

Hey 5speed keep me updated on how orientation goes. I will hopefully be joining the ranks of Abilene in a few months after i get outa the Army.

 

Once I get on I'll start my own thread. I'll help answer your questions the best I can

 

Most likely a Volvo. You will be dispatched out of Wytheville initially, when empty richmond will take over. What to expect? An OTR job with a company that will keep you running, you will run everywhere the freight goes, including the big city up north and forced dispatch. That should answer a lot of your questions.
